I was listening to a podcast recently and learned that the average family produces 40 pounds of trash per week.  I felt convicted upon hearing this.  I'm responsible for decaying the earth that God created for us to enjoy.

This evening as I was taking out the trash, I decided to weigh it to see how I compare.  I discovered that my contribution was just 2 pounds... 38 pounds under the average.  Perhaps I'm greener than I thought.
