I took Jen to the thousand islands this past weekend after church for a little getaway.  On our way back, we visited this lighthouse where lake ontario meets the St. Lawrence river.  A light house is so much like the Church.  Prominent, shining light in the darkness, and standing tall even during storms or nice days like this one.
