John is a pastor and worship leader at Blessed Hope Community Church.

After graduating from Webster Schroeder high school in 2002, John attended Houghton College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree. During his college years, John started an extreme sports ministry called Revolt which reached rollerbladers, skateboarders, bikers, skiers and snowboarders with the love of God. Many young lives were changed and the summer Revolt rollerblade competition.

John currently serves at Blessed Hope as pastor and worship leader.  He primarily leads worship with his voice and an acoustic or electric guitar.

Most of all, John cares for people. Whether it’s through music during worship or a simple conversation outside of church, John desires to see people draw close to God and grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.

Pastor John lives in Webster with his wife Jen and daughter Jordyn.  In addition to their ministry at Blessed Hope, both John and Jen run their own businesses. When John isn’t working or serving, he enjoys working out, camping, playing video games, making home improvements, and spending time with family.
